Healthy Coconut Pecan Granola

Coconut Pecan Granola

This satiating granola is a staple in our household. We use it to put on top of greek yogurt with some mixed berries. And my husband also loves to take it to work as an afternoon snack. You could also enjoy it all alone with your favorite nut milk. The options are endless.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup fine shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 17 mins
  • Enjoy!!
