Kale Ginger Smoothie

Kale Ginger Smoothie
This green smoothie is full of nutrients and polyphenols and is a great way to sneak in your veggies if you don't feel like making a salad.

Ingredients
- 2 stalks of kale (ribs removed)
- 3 ribs of celery
- 1 small chunk of raw ginger
- juice from half of a lemon
- 1-2 handfuls frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1-2 tbsps flax seeds
- 1-2 cups cold water add less for thicker smoothie
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. The amount of water is variable, so feel free to add more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothies. Enjoy!
